What lodging options do we offer?

Since our inception, Caribbean Quarters has been providing disaster relief and work site accommodations in remote, challenging environments around the globe. Our waterborne lodging options include:

  • Small-scale flotels and offices: Stackable, barge-mounted Caribbean Quarters modules with 100% self-contained utilities or shore-based connection options. These modules come with two rooms, each with a shower and toilet, and can be configured for single or multiple-person occupancy.
  • Large-scale flotels: House and support 2,000+ personnel using a combination of barge-mounted Caribbean Quarters modules and our 30,000-square-foot riverboat that can be used as your food service and recreation hub.
  • 30,000 square feet of floating floorspace: Our "ready to configure" riverboat is also ideal as an engineering/management office space (for up to 600 personnel) and/or food service hub. Contact us for floor plan options.
  • Accommodation barges: Two 288 bed units that can be operated 100% self-contained or tied to shore utilities.

Our floating floorspace is classified as a USCG permanently moored craft, meaning it doesn't require Coast Guard oversight. Reach out to us today if you need waterborne lodging for your workers.
